Internet
Midline’s community internet services are powered exclusively by Hotwire Communications. They provide fast, reliable connectivity to every Midline home. Your internet service is already installed and ready at move-in.
To complete your setup and activate your services, please contact Hotwire directly. They will assist with setting up your account and connecting your TVs with the Fision TV+ Stick.

Trash Service
Best Trash services the Baybrook Mud 1 area, which includes the Midline community. To enroll in collection services, visit their website or call 281-313-2378.
- Trash collection days: Tuesdays and Fridays; set your bin out by 7 a.m.
- Recycle collection: Tuesday; set your bin out by 7 a.m.
Review these guidelines to know what types of items — both trash and recycle — that can be collected.

Homeowner assessments
Part of owning a home in a planned community is paying assessments to preserve and enhance shared spaces, like parks, in Midline.
Design review
If you’re planning to make updates to the exterior of your home, you’ll need approval first. Get the scoop on the design review process and be sure to submit a design review application before work begins on your project.
Community concern form
Help keep your new community in tip-top shape by reporting issues that affect the whole community, like community landscape and compliance. Just fill out the fully online community concern form — you can even upload a photo, if you have one that will help.
Community governance
There’s a nonprofit entity in place whose purpose is to maintain the vision and integrity of your community: the Midline Master Residential Community, or MMCR for short.
Community standards
Midline has specific community standards on the books to keep your community (and your property value) desirable now and into the future.

Resident-led clubs
If you’ve got a passion you’d like to share — music, wine, hiking, etc. — start a club and we’ll help spread the word. It’s a great way to meet your new neighbors.
